Just wanted to say how fantastic your team was last night.
Everything went smoothly, The staff were just outstanding, so
efficient and obliging and they made sure that everything went
smoothly. The supervisor, the charming Brazilian, Paolo, was just
wonderful, we just could not give him enough credit. He went the
extra mile and we really appreciated his efforts. Many of our
guests commented on the wonderful serving staff (what a super girl
Laura is!), and Bar staff and of course the absolutely superb food.
I couldn't fault anything, please pass on our thanks to the chefs,
the cocktail food, the bowl food, beef fillet, petits fours etc
were all just delicious! At the end of the night the staff,
once again, were incredibly efficient, pleasant and helpful.
