Lemon Yoghurt Chicken
Pound in a mortar and pestle - 2tsp whole cumin seeds - 1/8 tsp turmeric -1/4 tsp salt - 2-3 pinches of chilli flakes - 2 cloves garlic add -1/2 lemon juiced - 1/2 cup unsweetened yoghurt ( I used bio farm organic) - -1/8 tsp black pepper
Score season and sear 2 chicken legs Cool slightly and add marinade. Leave for 1 hour. Cover w foil and bake for 1 hour.
