Romesco Sauce
Zap in processor: • 6 roast peeled tomatoes • 5 roast cloves garlic • 1 slice fired bread • 15 roast almonds • 15 roast hazelnuts • 1 tsp. sweet paprika • 1 Tbsp parmesan • 1 roast red capsicum • ¼ tsp. Sambal Oelek
Add to taste: • “Forum” red wine vinegar • Olive oil • Salt and Pepper
Blend together and serve with chicken or fish.
