The Great Soy Dipping Sauce
Makes 1 litre
Whisk together:
• 500ml Ketchup manis
• 250ml Kikkoman Soy
• 20 ml sesame oil
• 60 ml Mirin
• 1 tsp. Sambal Oelek
• 2 tsp. crushed garlic
• 4 Tbsp honey
