Vietnamese Chicken Skewers

Ingredients:
1 kg chicken thighs 1 tsp Oil Canola 2 Tbsp Ginger, Chopped 2 Tbsp Lemon Grass, Chopped 2 Tbsp Kaffir lime leaves, Chopped 2 Tbsp Garlic, Chopped 2 Tbsp Red Chilli, Chopped 2 Tbsp Shallot, Chopped 1 pinch Five Spice 2 tsp Fish Sauce 2 tsp Salt table 2 tsp Black pepper New York
Method:
Cut chicken thighs without skin into cubes. Marinade chicken in all of the ingredients for at least 2 hours Skewer. Grill skewers and keep warm till ready to serve
