Indian potatoes


Serves 4

- 3 large potatoes (agria). Peeled, cut and parboiled for 5 mins. Drain
- 1/2 tsp black mustard seeds (dry fry till they start to pop)
-1/2tsp cumin seeds
-1/8 tsp turmeric
-2 tbsp veg oil
-add potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Sauté and pop in the oven to finish cooking.
Toss fresh chopped coriander over the top and serve.

This is also nice served as a salad with fresh mint and yoghurt drizzles over.
